Born and raised on a ranch on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Justin James has been involved in entertainment his entire life.
He is one of the few performers in the country who can headline a corporate stage making everybody laugh on Friday night and run a seven-figure fundraiser on Saturday.
With a background in psychology and the art of influence, sharpened by decades on stage, Justin knows how to command a room.

Justin spent years in career management, rising to partner at one of the largest outplacement firms in the world. Helping thousands of people change the direction of their lives taught him something most performers never learn: how people make decisions.
He founded The Hypnosis Company in 1994 to teach the art and science of professional influence. But the world had different plans.

Justin has shared the stage with Major League Baseball legends, world-class musicians, naval admirals, and even the Ambassador of Spain. When an international superstar signs a jersey live and the whole room wants it, somebody has to turn that moment into money for the mission. That is our job.
We are brought in for some of the largest events in the world, and some of the smallest. Big or small, we work them all. School gymnasium or stadium floor, twenty tables or two thousand guests, every room gets the same preparation and the same performance.
And somewhere along the way, the hat became famous on its own. It is the most requested piece we travel with. Event chairs ask for it by name. At this point, the hat is its own thing, and it is not going anywhere.
